Organic Health Services, within the North Meridian Medical Pavilion: Building A, is conveniently located in Carmel, Indiana at 12188-A North Meridian, Suite 225. Our building is located between Illinois and Meridian Streets, just south of 126th Street/W. Carmel Drive.
If driving from the North:
Take Meridian Street (US-31) South to the 126th Street/W. Carmel Drive intersection. Turn right onto 126th Street. Take an immediate left onto Frontage Road. Once on Frontage Road, you will pass a strip mall that will be on your right. Our building is a three-story medical office building located 1/2 mile South on the right side of the road. Parking is located behind the building. We are located on the 2nd floor.
If driving from the South:
Once on the Northside of Indianapolis, take the Meridian Street exit (US-31 N) off of 465. Take Meridian Street North to 116th Street. Turn left onto 116th Street. At the first roundabout, make a right onto Illinois Street. Heading North on Illinois Street, the parking lot is 7/10 of a mile on the right.
